REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fee includes admission to the scientific program, accompanying symposium, collection of the lectures, congressional materials, coffee breaks.

till 31.7.2012 - reduced fee payment till 31.7.2012
from 1.8.2012 - Pay fee within 7 days after registration
Acomodation fees
reservation till 31.3.2012 - please pay till 31.3.2012
reservation from 1.4.2012 - please make the payment of accommodation within 7 days after making your reservation of accommodation.
After receiving your payment we will confirm the reservation to your e-mail.

The payment are considered as advances, a document for tax purpose will be issued and delivered during the Congress
Cancellation fees:
• Registration fees - fees will be refunded if you cancel your participation or
application till 31. 08. 2012.
From and including 1.09. 2012 - cancellation fee 100 %

from 16. 9. 2012 till 25. 9. 2012 50 %
from 26. 9. 2012 100 %
Refund of 100% fees - an administrative fee of EUR 10, - will be deducted from your payment, which will be returned to your bank account.
Notification of cancellation or changes must be made in writing form and send to Congress secretariat to email: info@bos-congress.cz
Acceptance will be confirmed by e-mail. Please do not send any correspondence to the hotel directly.
We ask you to book an accommodation till 31.8.2012. Accommodation will be reserved in order of date of receipt of your reservation. After 31.8.2012 reservations will be accepted, but booking will be made after full payment of fees. Reservation will be confirmed in writing form.
The price of accommodation with breakfast is Including 10% VAT.
