Cancellation your order will be made only on the basis of your written communication (by email) to the Congress Secretariat.

Before the deadline without any cancellation fee - one-time administrative fee of 100 CZK will be deducted from the payment you paid, which will be refunded back to your account.

After the deadline with cancellation charges - after deducting cancellation fee payment will be returned to the account from which it was paid your payment.
