Upon receipt of the registration form, a confirmation of registration and payment information will be sent within three working days to the participants.

After receiving email confirmation of registration to the Course, payment for registration must be made within 7 days.

 CANCELLATION FEES AND REFUNDS

• until October 31, 2016 - no cancelation fee
• from November 1, 2016 - 100 % from cancelled order

The Course Secretariat must be notified about the cancellation in written form via e-mail:

praha@bos-congress.cz and the receipt of the cancellation will be confirmed back. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Course.
