To register for the Conference please fill in online Registration Form.

Please pay attention to the correct and complete filling in of the form and e-mail addresses.

 

Upon receipt of the registration form, a confirmation of registration and payment information will be sent within three working days to the participants.

After receiving email confirmation of registration to the Conference, payment for registration must be made within 7 days.

CANCELLATION FEES AND REFUNDS

• until September 31, 2017 – 500 CZK administrative charge
• from October 1, 2017 - 100 % from cancelled order

 

The Conference Secretariat must be notified about the cancellation in written form via e-mail:

miskarikova@bos-congress.cz and the receipt of the cancellation will be confirmed back. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.
